Our Code

CAG’s ethical principles and standards are based on CAG’s values and respect for the rule of law and all applicable regulations in any jurisdiction, CAG is present. These principles govern our internal and third-party relations that apply to each CAG member or entity within the CAG Group including all directors, associates and employees throughout CAG.

  • Wherever we work, wherever we present, we work in the name of our common goal.
  • CAG values its members as the key to success and expects the highest possible standards of professional dedication and highly ethical conduct from each and everyone.
  • We respect individual freedom, human rights, and dignity; cultural or religious differences and we are committed to treating all our members and employees with trust and respect by providing equal opportunities and equal voices to each individual working in and with CAG.
  • We do not support any form of discrimination or harassment in the working environment and do not tolerate any behavior that would commonly be considered offensive or unacceptable.
  • CAG always fulfills its obligations to its members, associates, and employees, and vice versa.
  • We welcome leadership as the ability to make decisions at all levels. Necessary powers are delegated to every member or employee, each of whom is expected to assume personal responsibility for the execution of the assigned tasks.
  • We expect each of us to be proactive and make the maximal contribution towards meeting the CAG’s challenges. We appreciate teamwork and strive to ensure that every voice is heard.
  • We always speak out and express our ideas clearly, encouraging feedback and criticism on our work, which we recognize as an integral part of a healthy organization. As well as welcoming any beneficial proposals for improving CAG’s activities and actions of any CAG’s manager, including the CEO of CAG.
  • In all our activities we are eager to prevent our personal affections or our private relations with families and friends from obstruction of principles of CAG, as well as from limiting us in making efficient decisions and disclosing confidential information.
  • We appreciate each member or employee and reward them for their performance, based on clear operational performance objectives.
  • CAG strongly believes in the achievement of its goals only through the achievements of goals of each and every member, associate or employee of CAG.
  • Every employee sets for him or herself ambitious goals and does his or her best to exceed them.
  • Everyone participates in defining the parameters of his or her own goals in accordance with the CAG’s interests and immediate supervisors participate in defining the goals of their subordinates.
  • All employees need to visualize their own goals clearly and the interrelation of the goals within their units.
  • We are always open to changes and new requirements from the outside world.
  • We continuously improve our processes and work practices, fight unnecessary bureaucracy and raise productivity and efficiency.
  • We seek continuity in our decisions and actions.
  • We analyze risks associated with our activities, and never stop in our efforts to minimize them.
  • We always seek and use opportunities to optimize our use of resources.
  • Our choice of suppliers and contractors is always determined in the CAG’s best interest, without any prejudice.
  • Solving urgent tasks today, we always take into account their consequences in the long run.
  • CAG continuously works on self-improvement, progress, and growth.
